why groups?
If you're feeling alone... If you're feeling like others don’t understand you and that you need to hide your true self... The reality is you are not alone! Joining one of these therapy groups may be the extra resource you need in your life.

Support groups are a safe, consistent, and non-judgement place to meet with others who share your struggles and understand what you are going through. The focus of each group will depend on the needs of the members.

We will discuss what people are dealing with in their daily lives, as well as topics that the group members decide to discuss, such as relationships, masking, working in a neurotypical world, the impact of trauma on day to day functioning, to name a few.

You will have the opportunity to get to know each other and build a comfort level where you can be yourself and autonomously choose how much you want to share.

If you are interested, please let me know. We can meet for an initial discussion and you can find out more about how I work. As soon as I have a minimum of three interested people, we can start the group.
