clinical supervision

My supervision is grounded in an integrative, relational, psychodynamic and trauma-informed approach. While my core psychotherapy training is in Transactional Analysis, I support trainees and practitioners from a range of therapeutic modalities, including Gestalt and Person-Centred and Integrative approaches.

I encourage thoughtful reflection on how identity, culture, race, neurodivergence, power and wider social systems shape the experiences of both client and practitioner's experience, and how these dynamics may emerge within the therapeutic relationship.

My experience includes working as Clinical Lead within a therapeutic community, where I was responsible for the therapeutic direction of the service, supervising a team of therapists, supporting student placements and contributing to staff training and development.

I am currently starting my own training journey in integrative supervision, and offer low-fee supervision to trainees and practitioners who are developing their clinical practice.
